where to have 40th bday party (Hampton Roads)
We are trying to plan a surprised birthday party for my sisters 40th birthday but can't seem to find a place to have it. I am not exactly sure how many people there will be. We are thinking about maybe renting a house in VA Beach but it is in June and I know that is 'peak season' so I don't know if they would let us rent it for only a weekend.
Any ideas?
