I just posted about it on my blog today! lol. Im in love with it.
Its funny you ask. I go to three locations lmao. On Mondays since I work daybreak and get home early I go to the 8th street location. Tues and Thursdays I go to the Pines location straight after work. Fridays I go to the Kendall location.
I know. Exhausting but I make it work
You are welcome to join me at any of the locations.
La Fitness. If you get a membership the classes are included. You can work out at any of their locations. I have a non-contract membership where I pay 37 a month and I pay as I go.
I am on a contract with Bally's : (. But i also go spinning sometimes at this place in Hialeah called Secret Cycling they are awesome i went last friday at 5:45a.m. Am going to try to go there a couple of times out of the month the class is only $4.00 and saturdays is a 90 min class.

Bally's spinning class that i try to take is at 7 but u have to be there like a 6 to get a bike. I got there at 6:05 on monday and i didnt get nada lol. My times that i go to the gym vary i was trying to go monday and wed at 6. And then tues at 7. and i also go saturdays & sundays. Whenever you start again let me know.
