I listen to it when I happen to be in the car and while it is a total trainwreck and I can't believe how many people fall for it, I still enjoy it. (Gotta love that run-on.)

A friend of mine used to date a producer for Kevin & Bean and he told her that the majority of these types of segments are staged. Even the ones that seem totall real and legit.

This one doesn't even SEEM real and legit to me. It's so obviously staged it embarrasses me.

I love that trash.  My favorite part is the moment right before the guy says the other woman's name.

Great morning entertainment value.  I'm sure some of them are staged.  How can you not know about Ryan's Roses for it being on the air so long and ppl talk about it at the water cooler?

In my hood, on a radio station similar to KIIS, they also have a similar segment on the morning show (it's called Kane's Roses or some crap like that). It's even more fake than the LA version :X

I'm such a sucker. I never even thought these might be staged.

There have actually been a handful where the guy sent the roses to the appropriate wife/gf/so. I kind of wonder what happened to those couples afterward -- if things were fine/great or if the H got too resentful of the accusation and called it quits.

I have to agree with YL.  I am almost 100% sure they are staged....but fun nonetheless.
