Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

A few months ago we applied for passports and I had to submit my original birth certificate I was told the agency would mail it back to me along with my passport. So its been 2 and a half months I received the passport in March but still no birth certificate. Today I called the passprt agency the customer service rep was less than helpful and suggested that I contact my local post office since it was supposedly mailed out already. Ugh is it just me or should the passport agency be responsible for the cost of replacing my birth certificate since they were responsible for returning it to me? Has anyone else had this happen? ok vent over...
