we're not willing to go up, and honestly it's not worth more then asking, it needs work on the second floor, so I don't know who the other person is financing through (unless they're just loaded and don't care) but in this market banks are not going to give you more then the house is worth, so maybe it will fall through, who knows. we're back to looking, it just sucks, I really loved this house and it was more about the neighborhood
