Give me your favorite thing to do in SF.
Going to SF next week! Any hidden gems we should seek out?
I have reservations at: Boulevard, B44, Milllenium, Masa, Albona and Annabelles. And a couple more I can't remember.
Any fabulous places I shouldn't miss? Mindy????? A LA vs. SF apple fritter challenge?
Re: Give me your favorite thing to do in SF.
An apple fritter challenge...I don't know! I think Bob's will have that challenge hands down!
You already have booked some amazing restaurants so you're covered there!
I can't leave S.F. without a stop at the Buena Vista for an Irish Coffee...they have a great breakfast too, if you have time.

I also can't leave without going to the Nordstrom's there....love that place! Aside from those couple of things...eating and musuems are the things I generally do there.
Ferry Building, Dim Sum, Buena Vista (My Dad's fav!), imbibing some alcohol, CHECK!
SF has the best dim sum.
I think I am coming back 10 lbs heavier!
ooohhh peets coffee!
if you go over to berkeley, go to zacharys pizza (chicago deep dish)?
Yank Sing is definitely the best in the downtown area. It's even better than most places in Chinatown. But if you have a rental car and some free time, you might want to check out the dim sum at Ton Kiang. It's on Geary Blvd., in the Richmond District, about 15 minutes via surface streets in SF. It's my favorite dim sum place and slightly more MM-friendly than Yank Sing.
I don't ever have time to eat everywhere I'd like to in SF. :-)
