As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I dont know if this is something you are interested in, but I posted in ad on craigslist for a mothers helper and found someone who is AMAZING! I interviewed her and then had a police officer I know run a background check on her (she also works for the school district so she is fingerprinted which made her background check easy to pull up) she comes to my office and takes care of the kids. She comes as much or as little as I want her too and she is a LIFESAVER! I had about 30 people apply and I am only paying $8 an hour cash. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Hey, anything is better than $1800 a month for a couple hours!
