Poll: Native or Transplant
In honor of closapio's get to know you poll, are you a native or transplant to the KC area (or KS for the KS nesties)?
My answer: transplant from MN
Re: Poll: Native or Transplant
Both.
?I grew up farther west into KS, moved away for college & the Army and now we're back for a short time (leaving again this summer) but I'm new to living in the KC area. ??

Transplanted 15 years ago from San Jose, CA.
Defnitely native!
Both DH and I were born in KC and we currently live 20 minutes from the houses we grew up in. We just couldn't get away!
Glad I wasn't the only one to say both!
I was born in Albany, MO, moved to Liberty as a baby and lived there until I was 5, moved to Iowa for 4 years, moved to Topeka until high school, high school in DeSoto, then to Manhattan for the last 7 years. And now, back to Topeka!

Native. I love Kansas City. I've been a lot of places in this world but there really is no place like home, especially good ole' KC.

Transplant!
I grew up in Nebraska though, not too far away! My husband got a job down here, and luckily I found one too!
