Sleeping

Do you ever watch your wife/partner sleep and feel like you are the luckiest person in the world? Do you ever find yourself just gazing; imagining how wonderful parenthood is going to be?

Christine is napping right now and I peeked in on her. I stood in the doorway for a moment and just stared. I found myself silently saying (and asking), WOW!--How did I get to be this fortunate? I tease her and call her my incubator, but no...she is more than that...she is the future mother of our children and what a wonderful mom she is going to be.

If you haven't lately, take a moment to watch your wife/partner sleep...all I can say is that it is an AWESOME experience!

I just had to share!

Thanks for being there!

  • That's sooo sweet!

I watch Julie sleep all the time, actually she is napping right beside me know, and it is sooo peaceful.

  • I think almost every single day that I must be the luckiest girl in the world to have someone as special as Sandy love me the way she does. So I understand completely. I love to gaze at her...when sleeping or awake and smile at my good fortune....She's simply the greatest honey....

  • Awww, you are so sweet! I love you!

You know you just busted me out to the board as being an afternoon napper, though, don't you? I have to say in my defense that all that yard work was exhausting! Stick out tongue
