weight watchers

Has anyone tried weight watchers?  If so, what has your experience been like? I have been reading about it online because here I am, approaching our 6 month anniversary and the jeans I wore on our honeymoon don't close!! AHHH help!!

Thanks!

Re: weight watchers

  • Dh and I did it for a few months and we loved it. We're thinking of getting back on it because the weight is starting to creep up again.

We did the online version and it was really easy. You basically start up your own account and it allows you to plug in your food, keep track of your points and activity, find recipes, and create your own recipes. It's pretty easy to do, you just have to stick to it. Be prepared to cook at least every night for dinner. What I would do is, since it's just the two of us, most of the meal portions are for 4-8 people, I would make it and just keep the left overs for lunch the next day or dinner. The recipes are really easy.

Publix and Target have tons of weight watcher stuff like yogurts and muffins (good for breakfast on the go) and for lunch I would usually grab a Smart One (WW meal).

    HTH!
