Hey there strangers - question!
Hey guys 
I didn't come to the Alabama board incredibly often, but maybe a few of you remember me. I haven't been on the Nest in Forever!
I wanted to check in 1. to see how people were doing and 2. see if I could get a question answered
I was laid off from my job April 3rd and was wondering if anyone knows how long unemployment lasts in AL? I think it's 6 months, but I'm not positive and I also don't know if AL is accepting extensions? I looked on the official website, but didn't see it!

Hey Danielle!!!! You KNOW I remember you!!!! I'm SO sorry to hear about what's happened and hope things get better. I'm not sure about the answer to your question, I'd call your local unemployment office and see if they could be of more help.
