Re: ~~HAPPY MONDAY!~~

  • Happy Monday!

    ?

Over the weekend we attended a crawfish boil and slacked off a lot. This week I hope to clean up the apartment a little and knock a few things off my to-do list.?

  • My weekend didn't turn out the way I had planned, but it was still a good one.

The "highlight" was my cousins' baby shower (yes, that is correct punctuation...both of my cousins (brother and sister) are due on the same day) in Hemet. It was a co-ed baby shower with family and I wanted to claw my eyes out.

  • Happy Monday everyone!

Weekend went as planned. HS reunion on Friday was interesting to say the least but I was disappointed that more people didnt show up.  Sat went shopping with my mom and sister in Boston and bought too much crap I need to somehow fit in my bags. Sun brunch with 2 sorority sisters was great and watched the Celtics game :(.

Now I'm just waiting for thursday to come around when H flies in!

  • we did so much stuff this weekend.  i don't know how i'm going to blog it all!

  • we had a good weekend!

    fri:  chilled

sat:  had a block party with neighbors and friends.  consumed too many jello shots (what am I, 16?).

sun:  cleaned house, made really, really good potatoes for the monthly dinner club we go to with other local nesties.

this week:  more of the same, but I think I'm going to take friday off.  yay for a 4-day weekend!

  • Weekend was good. Yesterday we had our Super Sunday baby class... it was 6 hours long.  But I think I can actually say that I enjoyed it.  The instructor was great, so that definitely helped.

This is my last full week of school.  I totally wanted to call in sick, but here I am.  Super star employee.

  • Thank goodness I have Friday off, I am so not wanting to be at work right now.

Friday: relaxed, recovered, mellow dinner with friends.

Saturday: lunch with my parents and worked on some sewing projects.

Sunday: drove to BFE to meet Rob Dyrdek (my H has a man crush on him)

  • This weekend was amazing!

Friday--took my last exam and went out for a late dinner with V

Saturday---day of primping for the ball. I had an awesome time and was rocking fab hair and make up by LYB :-)

Sunday--was completely lazy (my cover story for hung over)

This week is a short one but full of fun stuff. Tomorrow is our anniversary and Friday we leave for a long weekend with the in laws on the East coast...

  • I didn't do much.  I feel like I'm coming down with something so I relaxed.  Sunday we had people over for a bbq.  Today I had yet another dr. appt and I go for my 4th fricken blood test later today.
  • This weekend consisted of sleeping, shopping and swelling...that pretty much sums it up. This week will hopefully be all about organizing my house and finding a dress for graduation.

  • The biggest thing this weekend for me was Weenie Roast.

    That's about it.

  • My major accomplishment this weekend was going to the gym and doing some intense (for me) cardio after many, many months of not doing so. I thought I was going to die.

  • Me: Redbox.  All the way.

  • I don't want a weekend like this past weekend ever again.

I'm working from home today Big Smile sitting in bed- kittehs on either side of me. This job is fricken training happy I swear. Webinars and training for everything. Geeze.

SO JEALOUS! I've had a stupid work dinner planned for months before they released the dates for Weenie Roast. I almost cried driving into work this morning hearing how awesome the whole thing was.

    Friday: whole lotta nothing

Saturday: Errands, gym, mall, waste of time dinner in San Marino

Sunday: Slacker, watched more of season 1 Dexter

  • Highlight of the weekend was brunch at Bottega Louie and their macarons.  Nuff said.

If they weren't so expensive, I'd eat them every day.

  • Friday: DH's birthday.  We picked up Chinese from two places and then played tennis.

Saturday: Sequoia Nat'l Park for some hiking/fishing.  We saw three bears-very cool

Sunday: Sequoia National Forest.  Checked out some spots but it was way too hot to do anything.  I had a league tennis match-it was 101 at 7:30 when we were on our way home and it had cooled down a lot at that point.  I thought I was going to die.

This week: only thing that matters is back to back interviews(with the same company) tomorrow and they will let us know by Wednesday who gets it.  It would be so nice to have two weeks of no job searching to just relax until the job starts.

  • Friday: Relaxing at home.
Saturday: Plans were cancelled so I sat at home all day, laid in bed, watched HBO since I had the house to myself.
Sunday: Lunch with friends, light shopping, hospital tour, dinner & swimming at R's uncle's house.

I'm so sad I didn't know about these macarons in March. :(

  • Happy Monday!

Friday: Drove to San Francisco. There was no traffic so we go there sooner than we expected. However, there was an unseasonable heat wave that lasted the whole weekend. The heat was oppressive.

Saturday: Took the CSET. It wasn't as hard as I expected, but it was sooo long! It took 4hrs and 50mins for me to finish all three sections. After that we had sushi, shopped at Union Square and Market Square, and went to  dinner.

Sunday:  OMG, the race was hilarious. We dressed up as Where's Waldo, which was awesome except I nearly sweat to death from running 7 miles with a knitted ski cap on. There were at least 20 middle aged, out of shape, old guys running in the buff. When they got sweaty it was not pretty.Indifferent.  I'll try to up load race photos (of people in clothes) sometime later today.

This was my last weekend of freedom until June.Crying I'm on lock down now studying for my gradute qualifying exams.

  • imageWeeMo:

they are cheaper than the ones at laduree;)  I *think* we paid 2 euros each but they were so damn worth it.

  • Generally, Paris > Downtown L.A.

  • Saturday night I took my sister out in DTF to use her fake ID. After using it half a dozen times on her own, the first place I took her to took it away! FAIL!
