what are your thoughts of Six Flags Magic Mountain?
is it worth the drive up from san diego? thanks LA ladies!
Re: what are your thoughts of Six Flags Magic Mountain?
It depends, are you an adult thrill seaker that is willing to stand in line for hours for a 2 minute thrill? I enjoy Magic Mountain and am a thrill seaker who does not mind waiting. However; if you are coming with kids, don't like heights, expensive food I would say, not for you.

I agree, if you love the big BIG coasters and are willing to stand in line, then MM is for you.
If you're looking for a "new" place to take your adorable son...try Adventure City in Buena Park. Just down the street from Knott's. Kid-size park with kid-size rides, petting zoo, train ride, Thomas the Tank play area, arcade. My girls love it there! www.adventurecity.com
I used to like it when I was a teenager but I grew out of it so I wouldn't go back even if they offered a really good deal. My neice told me that their business slowed down so much that they're closing down the park several days out of the week/month (check the site).
it's ghetto as all hell.
yeah, i said it.?
lol
This made me spit out my water. thank you.
Like Jayme, I just spit out my oatmeal when I read this....LMAO
Wan.... you tell it like it is Although we did take Ben and had a nice time...we did get in for free (it was gift donation time around Christmas) and I remember being glad I didn't pay for us to go because there just isn't enough for his age group.
If your son is just two, I would hold off. They normally don't get much out of theme parks in general until they're at least 3 or 4....And at that point I would definitely check out those near you before you haul your family all the way up here.
We went last Sunday and had a blast. It was very hot, but Bugs Bunny World was so much fun. Katie LOVED it and we even ended up getting season passes.
