Examples of outdoor epics; rec. locations?

I know I should ask this on The Knot, but I really don't want to.

Did you have any outdoor engagement photos? I'm taking photos for a friend in May and I wanted to check with my Nesties first before I started combing through my files again :/

Oh yeah, if you have any location recommendations in the Indy area, all I can think of right now are Eagle Creek park, Butler grounds and the Indy Zoo.

Thanks! Elisabeth

Move along, nothing to see here.....

  • We had outdoor photos on the canal.  They were great, but i don't have them organized in a shareable format (*ahem*, still haven't even done my wedding photo album).  A coworker had some GREAT shots taken in Noblesville.  They were in "downtown" Noblesville, at the Indiana Transportation Museum at Forest Park and then at Potter's Bridge.  They're def. some of my favorite engagement shots- especially around the trains.  Great photographer.

     Enjoy!

  • We did ours in the Carmel arts district. I don't have a whole lot in my planning bio, but some. It wasn't really anything "naturey" which is what we originally wanted, but it was fun. We wanted to do the zoo, but for great light at sunset they would have already been closed. We would have been happy taking them anywhere in retrospect. What kind of look are you going for?
  • Yeppers.. some of ours were outdoors and some were in. We did them in Bloomington (McCormicks Creek State Park).

I also have taken E pics for people at tons of outdoor places... in Indy, Garfield Park was pefect!!
