Not having any problems yet- cross your fingers
We bought ours about two years ago-and are now going through our first time as sellers...it's so scary! I hate feeling like I don't know what's going on.
We bought 2 years ago and luckily had a really great experience.
The market is so crazy now, but hopefully that will help you get a good deal on a home.
