VA ladies near I-85, Exit 53, dogs lost
Hi ladies...I hope it is okay to post this here. $500 Reward for their safe return!
During a transport of puppy mill victims last Saturday 05-16-2009 near Dinwiddie, VA, two dogs got loose. One of these dogs is a 20 pound salt and pepper female mini schnauzer that is about 4 years old and looks like she might have natural ears. The other small dog is a tiny 8 pound Pomeranian that is a reddish brown. They were lost near the INTERSTATE 85 AT EXIT 53. They went into the woods at the rest area there.
All of you that have any experience with these puppy mill dogs realize how pitiful they are and how frightened! They are so terrified of people that they will not come to them for anything. They will starve to death before they will approach someone because these dogs come from the worst of treatment experienced in these horrible puppy mills. This rescue needs OUR help. Please ANYONE IN VIRGINIA that travels that area or that can look when they are close please keep watch for them. This is truly a matter of life and death for these precious ones. It would be such a travesty if these little dogs were to be rescued only to starve to death in the woods of Dinwiddie.These dogs are micro-chipped, and can be claimed, but they will not be caught easily.
