Does this happen to anyone else. 

A customer calls you to ask where your office is, then if you aren't close enough to where they are they  ask you about your competitors? ie: where they are, what their phone number or address is? What the crap is that? 

Why would I know any of that? Seriously, that is really annoying. Why would I want to send you to another company, and give you their info? I just don't get it.

I can honestly say that I've never done that. Really though, what are those people thinking?!? Sorry your day is off to a rough start. On the up side though, it's THURSDAY!! One more day til the long weekend

This used to happen to me all the time at my first job. I worked at what is now The UPS Store and people would call almost daily and ask for directions to FedEx.

that's pretty funny!!! i have something similar...ppl call and find out we are a defense firm and want to know how they can file charges against someone.  Dude...call the State Attorney's Office...oh but whats their PH#, google it fool!!!

People are ridiculous. I work in travel and I get the, "Oh, I'm never flying this airline again." Really? Because every other airline doesn't experience weather or mechanical delays? Or, I get, "I wanted to fly another airline, they're so much better, but this airline was cheaper so I now I have to suffer."?
