Did anyone hear about the elderly man that was shot and killed by Foley police last week when they were executing a search warrant for pot?
I found out yesterday the man killed was the grandfather of a friend of mine

I didn't hear about that. The article says he shot a police officer in the leg. The cops were given paid leave, yet I think they'll find it justifiable considering this man fired first.
I tell ya, the Alabama Bureau is busy lately, with this happening and the incident with the 5 cops in Bham.

Oh yeah, I totally agree that it sucks, especially considering he was killed over something that was caused by another person.
