As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've realized I don't like passing people in the halls at work
I work in a pretty big office so I obviously only know the people in my branch. Well I pass people in the next branch over all the time to get to the breakroom. I hate it. I never know if I should smile, say hi, look away. And I feel like whenever I chose to smile the other person looks away. So awkward!

I totally know what you mean! I always do the awkward, half-smile "hi" type thing. Only sometimes I say it so quietly I look like I'm only mouthing it which is even weirder.
I swear I'm not usually so socially awkward.
