Visiting Portland June 3-6 .. What to do?
I'm taking DH on a surprise vacation to our favorite city 
We've done the waterfall in the past, but otherwise just have a general endearment for the city.. were looking for some suggestions for the weekend of June 5-6-7.. anything neat going on? We will have a car for 1 day (Thurs-Fri) and plan to drive out to Cannon Beach as we didn't make it there on our last visit. We were hoping to take advantage of public transportation for the remainder of our visit ..
Some suggestions I've heard include Voodoo Donut.. The Epicurean Tour (is this good??) .. Tillamook Cheese..

Re: Visiting Portland June 3-6 .. What to do?
The Rose Festival is going on. Do a Google search to figure out what is going on those days.
You could visit some wineries in the Willamette Valley. I really like Nehalem Bay Winery in Nehalem (it's in between Cannon Beach and Tillamook just off of the 101). Great free tasters of every wine they serve.
Check out the roses in the Rose Garden in Washington Park. Enjoy the sunny weather.
