Is anyone going to the Cinco de Mayo festival in Old Town this weekend?
It looks like it will be really fun, I think I am going to take my boys. I live really close to there too, so that makes it easier!
Re: Is anyone going to the Cinco de Mayo festival in Old Town this weekend?
I am!! It's tradition...all of the hubs old roomies from BYU are coming into town and camping on the beach. We are not camping, but we will enjoy Phil's BBQ, tin foil dinners -- and Cinco de Mayo. Really Tres de Mayo -- but who can be picky when it comes to a party, right?
BTW -- we went last year, and it was pretty tame -- just if you're wondering about your boys. We left at about 8 p.m. to make it back to our campsite before it closed, and it worked out perfect.
If you see five men in ponchos and sombreros walking around, wishing people happy Cinco de Mayo...and a group of girls pretending they don't know the boys -- that's probably us! These guys are crazy when they get together!
