Hi CA Nesties, I'm from CO. My brother is relocating from NC to Sacramento this July. What can you tell me about that area? If you have any suggestions of decent areas to live please let me know as well as realtor recs you may have. He's single and has a cat and likes to go to a gym and spinning classes.
