Please help...

Hi all!
I was hoping you could help me help my aunt.  She moved here to Atlanta about 3 years ago from Florida, was in a terrible relationship and hasn't dated since.  I really, really want her to find someone but she doesn't know where to start.  Anyone have any recommendations on which online dating sites are best?  Is there a difference?  Are there any specifically for gay people?
She just turned 50 and doesn't feel comfortable going to bars, clubs, etc and I myself just moved here two years ago so I wouldn't really know where to go anyway- we're thinking online dating services are the way to go.

TIA!!!

Re: Please help...

  • I haven't done much online dating every, well none actually. But I do know a lot of people that have successfully used True.com.

True.com is a 100% glbt dating site, and from my knowledge it's very nice. HTH!

I also know that several others on this board have used Match.com, and it was great for them!

  • My wife and I met on match and it worked great for us.  I live in the Boston area so I can't say if the quality is the same in Atlanta but it is worth a try.
