Prayers and Good Vibes please...
Hi ladies,
I don't usually make this kind of request, but there's a 1st time for everything.
My aunt went to her Dr. for a check up on Friday and was immediately admitted to an ATL hospital for brain surgery-which she had yesterday. The tumor was on her frontal lobe-on not in (as far as we know). Her surgery was 7 hours long. As of right now she's in critical care-where she'll be for the remainder of the day and then she'll be moved to a regular room (hopefully) for the rest of the week. She'll be on "home recovery" for 5 weeks.
As of right now, things are looking positive. She's talking to her husband and daughter, but she's still in a great deal of pain-understandably so. I'm just asking that you all send some good vibes and prayers her way, so hopefully this will be a one time occurrence and she'll recover quickly.

I hope she recovers quickly. She's in my thoughts.
I spoke with my mom earlier this evening and she told me that Kathy had walked the floor of the hospital that she's in. If things keep improving over the next 12 hours-day or so they'll move her to intensive care. Keeping fingers crossed that everything keeps improving!!!
