Carpet cleaning or small engine repair recs?
Looking for recommendations for carpet cleaners and/or small engine repair. (Our lawn mower is not starting.) TIA for any recommendations.

I can tell you that I *DON'T* recommend Stanley Steamer. They did a crappy job...they sent two younger males out who were much more interested in talking on their cell phones than actually cleaning. I called and complained, mainly because they were supposed to leave a bottle of free cleaner and didn't. They did send out another team to re-do the work, which turned out much better, but I still think I'll just rent a rug doctor and do it myself next time.
Can't help ya with the lawn mower. Sorry!
I don't have a company to recommend, but we've used the rug doctor and liked it. I also have a Hoover SteamVac that works well too and you're more than welcome to borrow it.
Mike might be able to fix the mower for you. If not, I recommend One Way Appliance Repair. I can't remember what we contacted them about, but they were awesome and we try to recommend them as much as we can.
