I so know what you mean! I was on hold this AM with a hotel... can you believe I had to hold 20 min for reservations! And all that, they couldn't honor the special rate of their sister hotel. =(

ha ha!! i just posted some last week or the week before on my blog!!
in August. We're thinking sometime within the first couple of weeks. Nick is up for a position in Captain's office, so we're waiting on the final word to request for leave (vacation time) so he knows who to route the request through.
I can't wait to go down there though...the weather has actually been really nice up here lately, but there's still no place like home. Plus, we're up for transfer mid 2010, so we'll likely have orders by January. We're hoping and praying that our orders will at least take us further south (and closer to home) or keep us right where we're at. Of course I'll keep ya'll updated as I hear any news.

I hate it when they put me on hold for a long time! Sometimes if I'm particularly not in much of hurry, when they pick up I tell them, "hold on just a sec" and make them wait for a little bit just to make me feel better! LOL Not too long though, after all, I was waiting to talk to them LOL
