Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Aww thanks for thinking of me, Lisa! That's so sweet of you.
We actually haven't received it yet. I'm sort of at a loss of what to do??? After I sent him that last (more firm) email, he did reply and said that he had no excuses, and he apologized and promised to have it to us by "this weekend." But "this weekend" was 2 weeks ago now.
So...I'm going to give it until Friday, and if we don't get it, DH is going to call him and be more demanding. I'm so non-confrontational, I just can't be the mean guy, so I'm giving the honors of that phone call to DH, lol.
I mean, he has been communicating, so I know he has the video and is planning on finishing it...or at least I hope so. I am keeping positive and trying not to think that we are being scammed or that the footage is lost or damaged or something...but it's hard not to think those things at this point! I'll let you know how it turns out...thanks again for asking!
That stinks! I'm sure he knows you're pissed by now, he should be expecting a pretty direct phone call at this point! I think I would do the same thing as you with making DH call, I have a hard time being mean that way! You should have DH ask for some sort of refund or upgrade or freebie. He owes you that at least!
I hope you get it soon!
