Was planning on cooking a pot roast with veggies in my slow cooker today, but don't have a recipe. Can you share yours with me? I can't seem to find one on-line that I like.

Sorry to butt in but I am also making Pot roast tonight! I always use this Tyler Florence recipe and it is fantastic. One change I do is to add potatoes in at the last hour. Hope this helps you out!
