What type of light stroller do you rec. for the coast OR?

We will be  moving this summer to Coos Bay area. I am in need of a light stroller for my daughter and i was wondering if you mommies out there could give me good recs. for light stroller.  I am not sure if the rainy/windy conditions makes one better than the other so i decided to ak first.

I will also be needing a double stroller so if happens that you also have experience with those. I would love to hear as well!

Thank You!!!!!

Re: What type of light stroller do you rec. for the coast OR?

  • We always used our BOB stroller at the beach. We have a McClaren but use it for travel, sidewalk use, not sand or hiking.
  • p.s. What brings you to Coos Bay? My grandparents lived there for years.
  • The best all around double stroller is the Baby Jogger City Mini double.  It steers easily, has a compact fold, and is light weight.  It's what most of the moms on the multiples board use for their daily stroller.  We also use 2 single Maclaren Volos when we're both going out with the babies.  BOBs are always great, but it's hard to fit a double BOB, a dog, and other necessities in the car.
