    I was going to try to do it last night but I discovered that I can't find my weights and that 30DS L1 isn't on Exercise On Demand any more.  I'm going to have to run and get some weights, the dvd, and start tonight.

    haha - and this is my first time trying her workouts. definitely was a great workout - was super sweating by the end. 

    i'm going to measure myself tonight (like waist, hips, etc) because i feel that is the best way to determing what i've lost.

  • Ok.  I bought the dvd but I don't have any weights.  And I really don't want to buy any.  Any ideas for alternatives to weights?  Household items, perhaps?

  • I started last night and my plan is to do it later tonight too.  My legs already feel sore from last night's reintroduction...

     Carrie, I only use 5 lb weights.  Especially with the number of repetitions, I still manage to exhaust my arms with those.  I would say any cans or water bottles would work to give you the little extra weight you need.

    ETA: Count me in as having shredded today!  Workout, done!

  • I did it! I can't believe how I got so out of shape in 3 weeks - I was on level 2 before the surgery and now I can barely do level 1! So hard!
