Moving to SA - Need info on neighborhood and builder
My husband and I will be moving to San Antonio in July. We are very excited about this!. We have found a home we are interested in, but do not know much about the area. If anyone has info on the Scenic Hills neighborhood I would love to hear all about it. Also, if you have had any experience with Cheldan Homes please share the details with me. Thanks in advance!
Re: Moving to SA - Need info on neighborhood and builder
It would definitely be helpful to find out what major roads/highway this is near for us to get you good info?
There are LOTS of different home builders here that have popped up in the past few years and they give each new development a neighborhood "name", so if they are actively building, most people won't know where it is located just by the name unless it is a bigger, more established "master" neighborhood where there are "sub neighborhoods" for the different builders.
Okay, I just Googled it, and it looks like this community is actually just outside San Antonio in Schertz, TX. ?
Schertz is very?convenient?to Randolph AFB, and although I don't know anything about that particular builder, the price range from their website would put it at about midrange of what you will find here (meaning that it isn't super-fancy-top-of-the-line, but they aren't cheap, starter homes either)?
Cibolo & Schertz are across the street from each other. I assume your husband will be stationed/working at Randolph AFB? It's super close and the commute will be ridiculously easy!!
