OMG, we're selling our house! :-)
we're listing it this weekend! ?anyone want to buy a house in Fenton? :-) ?We are to a point that we need a bigger place and a YARD! ?Now that Avery is running all over the place and with the 2 dogs, we need a fenced in yard. ?I can't wait, but we're nervous! ?We've looked at a couple places (all in Fenton) that we like, but know we can't get too serious until we get this place on the market and see what kind of interest we can get. ?I just hope it sells soon because i don't know if i can keep up with all the cleaning with a toddler and 2 big dogs! ?it's exhausting and we're not even on the market yet! LOL.
Just thought I'd share my excitement!?

Re: OMG, we're selling our house! :-)
Good luck to you! We tried to sell last year and took our house off in March of this year. We were basically in the same boat as you, just wanted a bigger house. the problem was we weren't willing to take a loss on our house and with the market the way it is, that wasn't going to happen. Sucks b/c we put a contract on another house that was PERFECT, but we couldn't close until we sold our house. Someone came in with another offer and we lost ours. (I'm still pissed). We did really like our realtor, though, (even though our house didn't sell) so if you're looking for a rec I can give you one.
GL!
we have a friend that is our realtor, but thank you for the offer. ?I'm hoping with the tax credits for the first time home buyers this year that there will be more buyers out there... I'm really crossing my fingers even though i just noticed a house like ours that has been on the market for a while just dropped below 200,000. ?that's not good! ugh. ?oh well, i just keep thinking ours is better?!? LOL
?we dont HAVE to move, so i guess that's good, but i really WANT to move! ?My friend that lives right across from you just listed her house yesterday too. ??
Hey Amy, yep, I saw that the house across from us went on the market. I just looked on line to see what it is listed for, and its priced really low, and seems like it is in really nice shape. Good luck to your friends! The house right next to them sold for $165 earlier this year, so they should sell quickly.
And good luck to you. The first time home buyer deal is great, I had hoped it would work for us, but oh well. Since we didn't move, I decided to do a little redocrating and am now painting the family room. Lots of work, but I like it.
i thought that myself, but i'm not really familiar with the area. ?Her MIL is an agent, so maybe it's because it's pretty small? ?they did just put in granite countertops in their kitchen that look beautiful. ?they keep really good care of it too. ?she said they've had a couple people in already and someone submitted a contract today. ?seriously? ?already? ?we just went on the market too...where are our buyers? LOL ?
?
i did just notice someone parked outside my house. ?that would normally creep me out, but i got a little excited! ha.?
