What is/was your fav way to celebrate your b-day?
I'm trying to come up w/some ideas for things to do on my b-day at the beginning of Sept. and wanted to come here for some good ones from you. So what have been your fav things to do on your b-day? Thanks!

Nowadays I'm happy with a nice dinner out with DH and my family!
But my favorite birthday was a day spent in the city a few years ago, DH and I went on a helicopter ride over the city. Even though I've been to NYC a gazillion times since I was little, it was such a neat way to see the city, and he planned the day all on his own, which was nice as well.
