Hey!

I am a new wife living in Boca Raton and I am brand new to the area from Georgia. I have my husband and that is perfect, but you can never go to long without a girlfriend or two! If anyone has any suggestions on the best places to meet people in the area I would love to hear about them! I am a fun loving, Christian girl who enjoys just having a good time.

I grew up in Boca... Its sort of a hard place to meet new people, honestly. Where in Boca are you? A few of the churches around there have awesome groups - I was apart of them all throughout high school. My parents still live there, and I live about 15 minutes north. Oh, and how AWESOME is Town Center mall?! LOL.

I always thought that I might have that problem in Boca. We live in East Boca about a mile from A1A. We drive to Ft. Lauderdale for church every week so I'm hoping I will have some luck there! It's not easy starting over but I'm adjusting slowly but surely.

Good Morning, I'm coming in a little late, Welcome to the board.  I just wanted to let you know that I'm in Boca too. West Boca and it is really hard to meet new people, I'm from Michigan but thankfully DH went to high school down here and still has some friends so I luckily fit in with them. There are some other girls on here that live close to Boca too and we have GTG. GL and hope to see you at the GTG's.

Town Center?! LOL, you must be playing the sarcasam card, that place has gotten even more shady! I was up there last night to do some stuff and I practically ran out screaming for Phipps and dreaming of the Gardens mall

I'm in Delray, just 10-15 minutes north of Boca. I'm from Jersey and my husband and I just moved to Delray in October. He travels A LOT and so I am always free for a get together for coffee or walks or shopping.

Great! We go to Miami on the weekends sometimes just t get away so great to know someone there! We actually don't have a church in Boca but we do go to one in Ft. Lauderdale called Calvary Christian.

The wedding is in Woodstock. It is really flying b/c we are moving too RIGHT after the wedding I have SO much to do it's crazy.

Thanks for the GL wishes! I am ready for all of this crazy planning to be over We will be down there the first week in July, so I will def let you know. Outside of a few family members, I don't know anyone either, so we'll be in the same boat.

The only thing I like about Town Center is the Nordstroms there. I always find something. Other than that, I'd rather not dress up to go to the mall! Don't know when it became a fashion show!? LOL?

P.s. If anyone is up for a GTG sometime soon, maybe we can plan one??
