Hey,
How are you doing? Sasha is growing so fast and she looks adorable!
I was wondering if you can shre with me how your appointments after your NT scan with Dr. Brill went? I've been reading a lot of posts and for some reason I have a feeling that I don't get the same information that other girls on these boards do. How often did you have u/s?
I hope you don't mind me asking all this. You can also e-mail me, if you don't mind sharing
My e-mail is: vspektor1 at gmail
Thanks!
Re: **Lisichka**
Hi! Good to see you around. No, I don't mind at all. I have to say I was always pretty much happy with the information she's given me; if there was something else I've read on the boards on top of that, I'd ask her and she always told me what I needed to know. That being said, my NT scan was completely unremarkable, so she told me all about it beforehand, then when I met with her afterwards, she just reassured me that everything was fine (the tech who was doing the scan on the other hand, didn't divulge any information at all).
As for the u/s, I had them a lot in the first tri, I was considered high-risk and I went in so early that at first she just saw the gestational sac, lol, so she had to do a few more soon after. After the NT I really didn't get that many u/s, I wish I did, I liked them, but I'd get doppler to check the heartbeat at every appointment. Then I had the 20w u/s, and then a couple more in the late 3rd tri.
Hope that settled some of your concerns. And thanks for the compliments, we're so completely and totally in love. Ooh, and when do you find out the sex?

Thank you so much for your response. I just came back from Dr. Brill and we got to hear the beartbeat again, so I guess I am happy. I've tried to talk her into giving me an ultrasound, but no luck there, I guess I have to wait until June 23rd to find out
I did get a lot of u/s in the first tri too, but so far none in second.
I think I might've gone ven earlier then you did because she did not see anything on the first one and on the second one she just saw a gestational sac and a yock.
Did she tell you that you were considered high risk?
Glad to hear everything looks good. Yup, she told me that I was high-risk, I was on some meds that may not have been too good for the kiddo, but everything turned out ok, she just gave me extra folic acid to counterbalance them. And I know it can be frustrating to not get to see the baby more often!
How are you feeling though? And June 23 will come soon enough

Now I am feeling more or less normal, if you count out the heart burn. I guess second tri is great. I am already showing, but at the same time I don't feel as bad as I did in my first tri
?
What's new with you?
I hope June 23 will get here soon enough! ?
Aww, I'm glad you're feeling better. And gosh, I remember that feeling of just a tinsy bit showing and being all proud of that bump! I bet you're so cute with your belly
Ahh, I loved being pregnant, this is weird, but I miss it sometimes... And yes, 2nd tri was so easy and nice.
Nothing new with me really, still home with the kiddo and I'm loving it (it has its crappy moments, but it's still so worth it). We're trying to figure out if we maybe want to go on vacation someplace soon (god knows we both need it).
