How many days a week are you doing the c25k? Are you doing your runs in the morning or in the afternoon? I am just getting back into running and wanted to see, since we live so close and run the same lake, if you wanted to do it together. I'll start where you are in the program but i dont usually start my run until 6pm since i have to work all day!!

I have only done it once so far, and I was foolish and did it around 3:00, and was dying from the heat... so I think I"ll probably do it in the evenings. I am not a morning person enough to be motivated to do it then.
I am just waiting on my heart monitor to come from Amazon to start up again, it should be this week, but I was going to walk a few laps around the lake each evening until then. Would you want to walk today? Maybe 7ish?
I couldnt do 7 because if i dont go out right when i get home from work, i wont go. I would start a project or something and never leave. How about we try to meet up sometime next week when you get your watch because im running when i go and your walking until next week.

I'll keep ya posted on the watch status! 6 should be fine for me normally, I have to pick dh up from work today so I probably won't go until 7 or 7:30 tonight.
