Woohoo! I really hope we're able to sell for what we owe. We really need more space with 2 babies coming plus DS.

Good luck to you! Its a great time to buy (not a great time to sell, which doesn't help things).
BTW - looks like our kids would get along....
don't worry whatever house you buy will NEVER be big enough for twins and all of their stuff! Trust me! I have no idea where we are putting this 4th one, the other three have already taken over!
p.s. the MOTC (mothers of twins club) re sell it will be in Sept at Lindbergh High School. That is where I scrapped up 2nds of everything when we found out we were having twins and boy stuff since all I had was girl stuff and the wrong season!
Thanks. I know the Spring one was 4/18, and we found out about A&B on 5/8 (so barely missed it). I've been wondering when the fall one was. There's a few specific "gear" items I'm waiting on getting to see if I can get them used.
