xp....30th Birthday Party ideas.
Hey ladies. I rarely post, but thought I'd ask you all for some help. Dh is turning 30 next month and I'm clueless on ideas for his party. All I have so far is that it will probably be at our house with about 25-30 people. Please give me some ideas.... Do you think themes are ok, such as a luau??? Thanks!

I don't love themes as a rule, but if it relates to your DH, it can be cute. MIL and I have decided that we'll probably do Star Wars for DH's 30th. I hate Star Wars (seriously, WTH is the point?!), but DH loves it. MIL has an R2D2 cake pan she did for his 5th birthday, pics of him dressed up for Halloween, etc. His friends are big into it, too.
If you think of something your DH is big into, then I think it can be really special. If there's nothing that comes to mind, just a party is enough IMO.
