Kid-friendly things to do in Vegas?

Hi everyone... Just looking for some ideas of things to do that are family friendly. I looked online there is a children's museum there... but have you taken your kids there? What did you like and not like? We are going with the main purpose of visiting my uncle, but if there is anything especially good for kids, I wanted to check it out.

Thanks in advance!!!

Re: Kid-friendly things to do in Vegas?

  • I've been to the children's museum when I was a kid, so I don't know what it's like now. It's been almost 20 years. It's called the Lied Discovery Museum. It's located downtown across from Cashman Field. Then at Cashman Field there's always the LV 51s minor league baseball team. Other kid-friendly places are the Las Vegas Springs Preserve or Bonnie Springs. If you're looking for something on the strip there's the dolphin habitat at The Mirage, and Coney Island at NYNY.
  • i remember taking the teen to M&M world back in the day. ?there was a cute 3D movie up on the top floor. ?i don't know if it's still there, though.

and getting out without pounds of candy was difficult. ?the teen wanted some, too. ?;)?
