Hi, you guys bought a fixer upper right? what loan did you apply for? we are currently approved for the FHA but I do not think they are going to approve us for such a fixer upper. We night have to go with the 203k loan.

Honestly, I have no clue! Our broker was a family member, and my mom is the title agent, so I trusted them 100% to look out for our best interest.
I don't recall any of those terms being used though. I think it was a regular loan?

awww.. lucky you!! we are going through a hard time trying to find a decent fixer upper that FHA will approve. the bad thing is if we use the 203K loan we have to use their license contractor.
