Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Day 9 and feelin' fine!

LOL, not really - feeling like a sore, miserable old lady....

 How are we feeling?  Is anyone planning on moving up to level 2 tomorrow? I'm waiting for day 11, personally....and dreading it!

  • Day 6 and I a CW noticed that I have lost weight! Yippee!
  • Is this a group weight loss program? How can I join? My DD is 15 months and I REALLY need to lose 10-15 lbs! Have to!!!! I think I looked better last summer after she was born than I do this year, UGH.

  • I'm feeling pretty good. I'm always completely sweating/gross by the end of the workout - and always am pushing myself, but just don't feel it the next day. I did notice that a pair of pants are a tad bit looser today than they have been. woo hoo!! I need to buy the dvd before moving up to level 2. but i might wait until after the weekend - I will be on 30DS hiatus because we are backpacking this weekend!

    We are doing the 30 Day Shred DVD...anyone can do it, just get the dvd and start working out!  We post every day to motivate each other, that's all.

  • I'm not feeling sore right now, but I do just feel tired. My legs are saying they have had enough, but of course, I keep pushing them. I'm in my 10k on Sunday, so I am actually going to wait to go up to L2 until then. I don't want to be extra sore from the new level before I run.
