I've got Friday fever today!! I am so ready for the weekend to begin, especially since each day brings C and I closer and closer to our vacation!
So to distract me, let's talk about our weekends.

Saturday - IUI #2 and then we're doing a garage sale with some friends
Sunday - garage sale again (I think?) and perhaps a drive to the university that offered K a job.
tonight: mexican w/ A's coworkers
tomorrow: brunch w/ a friend visiting from NYC, hartford gay pride, and possibly psuedo bachelorette for friends getting married in a couple weeks - but one just had surgery so they might not be up for it
sunday: church, cookie baking for operation baking gals, and the usual errands/housework. there's also a chance we'll have my parents over for dinner - they've been asking to see the nursery forever so it'd be a good time.

Tonight - Probably a Target run. Nothing exciting.
Tomorrow - In the AM we're going to athe biggest playground I have ever seen with some of L's co-workers. We'll leave there and go to a street fair for kids. Hopefully the kids will go to sleep early since we'll of had them out all day and their nap with just be in the car.
Sunday - Nothing planned. Probably house cleaning, yard work, the playground, the grocery store, and lots of running to the potty (we are having a regression in potty training.) We'll most likely grill out for dinner.
Nothing fun except preparing for my dad's retirement party on Monday. I need to find a gift (No idea!), a card (apparently Hallmark doesn't make retirement cards?), a dress that fits (haven't worked out since before my wedding), new shoes (for under $30), and the time to get a pedi. I work both Saturday and Sunday, so it should be interesting

My baby brother is graduating high school tomorrow! I'm so proud of him... but part of me can't believe that this little cutie:

So we'll be attending graduation, then a dinner with fam to celebrate afterwards.

Tonight: Writing final papers
Saturday: Writing final papers until about 8 then we're going to a club night that our friends promote and dj
Sunday: Church (my favorite service of the year, flower communion), then writing final papers, then a friend is having a tea party, then more writing of final papers
Our mentor is going to watch the girls for an hour so we can go out to lunch. Woo Hoo!
We are working on potty training LMC .We may see some family and take the girls to the park or on a picnic if it doesn't rain.
One of C's best friends and her husband are visiting us this weekend. They get in tonight, so after work I need to make the guest bed and finish cleaning.
Tomorrow, while our friends are out and about (they are in the area for a college reunion), C and I are going to hang out in the city together and check out this Visit New England festival - hopefully the weather will hold up, and probably dinner out with our friends.
Sunday we are going to this local pond that our friends want to visit - I'm thinking maybe a picnic lunch. And after they leave I need to start prepping for vacation because we leave next Saturday! Wahoo!!

Nothing fun...I will be writing the Results section of my dissertation...sigh.
my sil's gf's birthday party is tomorrow night, so tonight we're going to go to the bookstore to get a little gift for her. we might also try to get in a round of disc golf.
tomorrow we'll be working on some things around the house before the party, working in the bathroom and maybe cleaning up the yard a bit. other than that i'm not sure.
sunday there's a softball game, so we're going to try to get there to cheer on the team since she's not playing this year. it will depend, though. the new engine for our mower has a different angle on the brackets for the exhaust pipe than the old one did. we have to load it all up and take it to a friend's shop so we can cut the old exhaust pipe and weld it to the right angle, so we'll see how long that takes.
oh the flower communion is my favorite service of the year too. I actually almost had one at my wedding! Have fun
No big plans for us, I knew that the Portland weather was to good to be true, we are back to rain, rain, and more rain.
Tonight J and I are headed to dinner. I'm not sure where but we haven't been out to eat in a while so it will be nice.
Tomorrow is the Portland Rose Parade. All of the floats are made out of flowers. It's suppose to be pretty sweet. As long as I've lived here I haven't been, and we were looking to go but people have been staking out their seats since Wednesday. So we'll see?
Sunday. Nada probably dinner at Julie's dads. We need to wash the car sometime.
Tonight a target run to return some things. Then we are going to check out a burger place. If we are feeling up to it we will put together the crib.
Sat I have yoga and then we need to jet up to NH for my nephew's birthday party. Sat night we have a going away party for a friend who is moving to portland (boo). Sunday I have some schoool work to do and S will play basketball. Then a quiet day nesting and such.
