**Kendyl** Diaper Question

Hey Kendyl,

You mentioned that you are using bumgenius bamboo fitteds.  What are you using for diaper covers?

We have been using prefolds with Thursties covers and Maggie is growing out of them.  They have worked well but we are considering changing to a simpler system.

Thanks,
Joanna

Re: **Kendyl** Diaper Question

  • Hey Joanna!

Wow, I am so impressed you've been doing prefolds all this time! I bought a bunch before Elliot was born but we got hooked on the fitteds and AIOs because we are lazy. Our prefolds are full-time burp rags now. LOL!

Believe it or not, my favorites are the super cheap and simple Dappi nylon covers. We buy them in a 2-pack for $5 and they work like a charm. We even use them for overnight (with the BG bamboo) and we haven't had a leak yet -  knock on wood! One of the things I like best about them is they add almost no thickness at all. The cloth diapers are bulky enough on their own. We have one or two each of several other covers (thirsties, bummis, proraps, and stacinators) but the Dappis are our favorite.

    Happy test-diapering! :-)
