Cupcakes Squared...Yum!
Yesterday, I remembered seeing a story about a cupcake shop in Point Loma, which is my neighborhood. For some reason, I went on a quest to find them and could not find them the first time, but found them later. It is located on Voltaire across from the library. It was so worth it...these are so good! We had a sample of the chocolate peanut butter (not too chocolatey cupcake with a peanut butter icing). We also sampled the liliquoi (mango flavoring). We walked out with a box of 6...red velvet, cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter, lemon and 2 liliquoi. D, who is not a big sweets fan, loved them and was eager to have one (or more) last night. i am going after work! i have been meaning to head over there and its seriously three blocks from my work. i saw a post on someone's blog last week and thought the idea was so cute! i was at michaels this week and they actually sell the square cupcake liners, i was thinking about taking the challenge. yay!
