Did everyone keep up their shredding over the weekend? On Saturday, I officially moved up to Level 2!! But I think I will need more than 10 days at level 2 before I am ready for level 3 - I am literally unable to breathe throughout most of the workout, and need to take a bunch of those little "5 second breaks" Jillian allows.
On Saturday, I only did the shred. On Sunday, I taught my bellydance class and then took a yoga class with a new instructor at my gym, who is awesome, but HARD! AND the air-conditioner was broken so we were sweating like we were in a Bikram class - I swear the studio had to be at least 85 degrees.
Then I came home and shredded. That was so difficult to get through - my arms felt like jello. And I am HURTING this morning. But it's a good hurt - makes me feel like I worked hard this weekend!

Sunday was serious recovery day - my ankle had swollen up on saturday night, really scary looking. so i skipped the workout yesterday. today it is back to 30DS schedule - i'm going to have to move on to level 2.
Day 9 of the shred level 1! I did the shred on Saturday but called myself taking a nap on Sunday and just never got back up. So, I did day 8 this morning and I will do day 9 this evening, just like you did a couple of days ago. All is going well and I am happy with the results so far!
I so wish I was closer to Queens so I could take your bellydancing class. I miss taking bellydancing.
