Venue help please
My sister has decided she wants an engagement party in July. No halls though. Any suggestions? She wants something outside, but I keep reminding her that it's really hot in NJ in July. Suggestions?

The Scotland Run Golf Club in Williamstown has a BBQ package for their deck -- or at least they did a few years ago.
I have a friend who had a DW and the home reception was on the back deck of the golf club w/BBQ food and sides.

The Lobster Trap on the Cooper River is nice. It has a pretty large outdoor deck and the food is decent.
Depending on how far south you are, there is Silvestro Lake in Gibbstown. Not sure if you have to be a resident to use the lake (I went to one event there two years ago), but I can't see anything from the paperwork.
