Coral Springs?

My husband and I may be moving there from Toronto Canada, Can anyone tell me aout the area, where we should look for aparmtnet/housing and any other uesful information.

I lived in Coral Springs until just recently. DH and I moved there from Illinois, sight unseen. We lived in a one-bedroom just off University Drive near The Walk. That was a nice area to be in to get to know the area: lots of shops and restaurants. Like all places, it has it's nice parts and not-so-nice parts, but it's a good place to live overall. We lived in the Coral Falls apartments. They aren't the most updated, but they're spacious and the office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Sorry I'm not much more help. What size apartment are you looking for?  Is there anything you want to be closer to than others (since you know you want Coral Springs)?  I grew up there and still live nearby (the next town over).

Hi!  We actually have never been there, so have no clue whatso ever, we are hoping to get down there once to get a lay of the land, we figure we will rent for a bit, then buy jsut so we can figure out what areas we like.  For now, maybe a 2 bedroom condo.  Can anyone reccomend the best areas to be in.  I would like to be fairly close to malls, restuarants, gym, etc...

 I lived in Coral Springs for some time and I loved it! Though I dont live there anymore since i moved in with DH after he proposed, I still have the condo just sitting there. Its near by everything!! 2 Minutes from Coral Square mall around all the restaraunts, close to the expressway.  I wish I can go back but DH does not want to live in Broward.

Its a 2/1 very spacious rooms.  Right now we are re-doing the floors.  We are trying to sell it but willing to rent it if no buyers.  Let me know if interested!
