As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone Crossfit?
We just did our first class today in Richardson and wondered if anyone else was in to it. All I can say is thank God he is letting us start out slowly lol. I'm tired and feel like spaghetti.

I know Emilyana tried it a few weeks ago in Dallas. I was going to go with her, but family stuff ended up happening so I didn't get to go. Though, it's too expensive for me right now...I just can't make $150 a month for something that's optional work in our budget...
I think Steff1999 (on the knot) has also done it. I think she said she did hers in Seattle though.
