buying a house in glen cove...need advise
my FI and i want to put an offer in on a house we just saw in glen cove this past weekend. Any comments on the area? schools? thoughts on the area? I appreciate your help! TIA

i know that it's the area of highest concentration of superfund sites on the island, portions of the area flood frequently. dh and i considered it as I grew up on the north shore but ultimately, the superfund thing just killed the deal for me.
