I was out getting my haircut when the Indians game started, so I set the DVR. Now I'm watching it while DH is at rugby practice (so I'm home alone).
First of all, as I'm sitting here cheering on my team (literally...yelling and clapping), it occurred to me that I'm cheering on a game that happened about an hour ago. Second, I just caught myself talking out loud in response to something the announcer said that I disagreed with.
I'm not that crazy, am I?

Re: Am I crazy?
Nah not that crazy...we talk out loud in response to the announcers in our house alot
Nope, certainly not alone. While watching game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals I realized that a bunch of our windows were open and that I'm sure some of my neighbors could hear me cheering and yelling. Oopsie, but if they were smart they would be watching too and know what I'm yelling about!
I yell all the time at the announcers. John Madden is a good one for annoying me (thank you retirement!). But the NBC/Versus announcers can be awful at times so I like to yell at them too!
My Profile
Nahhhh...not crazy at all! I've done the same thing.
I track my baseball team through "game day threads" on a message board. Yep, we watch the game and comment on it on a dedicated thread on the message board.
Crazy is when you (I) watch the DVR'd game, and keep track of it on the message board, while trying not to read too far ahead and spoil the surprises they have in store for me!
